What steps will reproduce the problem?

go install ./examples/rotate

And run the rotate application.

What is the expected result?

Run the application.

What happens instead?

The application runs.

Anything else you feel useful to add?

An application crashes on ASUS_X013DB with this message

GLES3 function is missing

I have two options:

  1. Contribute to gomobile
  2. Give up supporting gomobile-build (not bind)

This is a kind of blocker for #805. Let's drop the support of gomobile-build.
