👋🏼 @hajimes mmh3 seems to work just fine on python 3.10, but the CI for tests and binary wheel building is not configured for it.

hopefully this this PR should do it, but it requires you to approve the workflow

It looks like very little is happening here. I took the liberty of creating a fork of this project that includes this PR and also updated it to support Python 3.11: https://github.com/Fokko/mmhash3
