Clean mode needs a different FeatureInfo solution

Basically the current Window is normally too big. It'd be preferable to have a small "badge" or "popup" instead, and the content would be scrollable within it.

Now the "Live link" uses dynamic height (Hajk 3.7.0 feature) so it is better but i think it's a good idea to be able to set a max height and then use scroll to see the rest
