Developed during the June 2024 Hackathon at Eskisehir, the Carbon Footprint Tracker addresses a pressing global concern—monitoring and managing the carbon footprint associated with factory production and transportation. In today's industrial landscape, understanding and reducing carbon emissions are paramount to sustainability efforts and regulatory compliance. This application provides a practical solution for industries to track and analyze their carbon emissions in real-time.
Why It Was Developed:
The project emerged in response to the increasing urgency of environmental sustainability. Industries, particularly manufacturing and logistics sectors, face mounting pressure to minimize their carbon footprint. By accurately measuring and managing emissions from production processes and transportation activities, businesses can make informed decisions to reduce environmental impact.
