Intent of Change

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • Refactor (non-breaking change which improves the structure or operation of the implementation)

Description

Motivation and Context

  • Updated to the latest version includes the latest changes to docusaurus which has moved from alpha to beta
  • Removing the index page simplifies accessing the documentation which is the intention of the site

Tested locally and with local testing

- Update docusaurus to the latest version available
- Remove the index page and replace with the root document of the docs
site
- Move from gitter to discussions for community default
