Description

Related to the Encode Hackathon, this bounty is for promotion of the Harmony Marketplace SDK

Using the Harmony Marketplace SDK, create an NFT Game utilising token gating using the marketplace SDK and onchain VRF

Context

The purpose of this bounty is to demonstrate the use of the SDK to create a game with utility for gating access. The game will utilise NFT standards (hrc1155/721) and tokens (hrc20) and demonstrate the use of tokens to restrict user access.

Stretch goal: lock up 10% of the value of ONE tokens on-chain to be staked for each purchase that is sent to the token lister in ONE year. If listed in other tokens, swap the tokens to ONE first

Acceptance Criteria

  • Demonstrate the use of the SDK to integrate with the blockchain and the HRC standards
  • Create a game that utilises NFTs as part of the game mechanics
  • Use NFT token-gating to control access to the game or certain locations in-game
  • Demo video
  • Opensource (MIT / BSD) github
  • Github documentation describing the use of SDK to integrate the above
  • Working website that can be demonstrated

Confirmed.

Game should be fun to play, could be simple retro arcade games like Lunar Lander, Asteroids, Centipede or classics like Flappy Bird and Mario Brothers.

Working website must be of production quality. Demo video should be informational, think Coursera or Udemy, limit to 10 minutes.
