Add Task View

This commits adds the Task View Damon. The task view shows the list of tasks for a selected allocation. From the task view, you can show task logs or events.

Task View features:

• Show events for every available task (this wasn't possible before)
• The Task View includes the container image being used for the task and other information such as Name, driver, latest event etc.
• The Allocation View now includes the host addresses for every task group.
