azurerm_public_ip_prefix does not contain a "Data Source" version

The resource azurerm_public_ip_prefix does not contain an equivalent "data source" object, so it is difficult to create a global public ip prefix shared by many different terraform modules.

This has been released in version 1.35.0 of the provider. Please see the Terraform documentation on provider versioning or reach out if you need any assistance upgrading. As an example:

    version = "~> 1.35.0"
}
# ... other configuration ...
