Enable a simple way of start working on a task #1

Implements a command that:

  • Lists all tasks with a certain tag. For example tasks in todo in the current active sprint.
  • It should be visible if the task is assigned so someone.
  • If I want to work on the task i would like to write jirator workon [Jiraticket] and then that ticket would be assigned to me and moved to a predefined state, for example in-progress or under-development.
