Update lobid-organisations lookups

• use production lobid-organisations instead of beta (see https://github.com/hbz/nwbib/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=%2Fbeta.lobid.org)
• Don't use lobid-organisations 1.x anymore (https://github.com/hbz/nwbib/blob/master/app/controllers/nwbib/Lobid.java#L240-L244 makes me think NWBib is still using it as is confirmed by server logs)

First part is implemented and deployed to test. Second part makes more sense after moving to resources 2.0 data (which contains organisations 2.0 links). Moving second part to #163, where we're collecting the steps required for a full switch to 2.0. Closing this.
