Detached hand/deck counts windows

The floating hand/card counters were easier to read. Now the counters are positioned at the bottom of the decklist and is often obscured by the UI. Same applies to the draw estimator.

I personally prefer them being part of the same window. Maybe rather than revert back we could have the option to choose which we prefer in Preferences.

I guess I have to offer the possibility to choose between

• card count / draw on trackers
• on separate windows
• in a single window
• hidden
