I have obtained the steps for setting up the database and written them to the README file.

Before merging, please have a look on the following items:

Is the database set up as it should be after following the given steps?
I can't login with the user created in step 5. What can be the problem here?
What else is necessary for working with recipedb?

Login problem: The password is saved as a hash, see function newUser in dbconnection.php. Created issue for signup page: #4

This PR might solve #2.
