Playtime: Drag and drop between slots: Target area doesn't light up in certain situations and then drop doesn't work

The following issues occur in certain situations when or after doing drag-and-drop between slots:

• Target area doesn't light up in certain situations and then drop doesn't work
• Scrolling gets stuck after dragging. You scroll in one direction but Playtime bounces back. A restart is necessary to fully fix that issue.
