everforest_dark had missing color definitions, and so the modes had no colors in the statusline, and the bufferline had no highlighting

Lgtm, I initially used the bg* colors for the status line too, so I didn't include the statusline ones in the pallete. But they must have been forgotten when it was changed in 9248de8.
