After chunk unload pipes disconnect from Mekanism Fission Reactor #204

Bug description
When I leave the area, or the Server restarts and I come back, fluid pipes providing my reactor with water still look like they are connected, but they do not transfer fluids anymore.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Build Mekanism Fission Reactor
  2. Supply reactor with water by using fluid pipes connected to the reactors "fission reactor ports"
  3. Leave the area or restart the server
  4. Reactor overheats, because no water enters via the pipes

Expected behavior
Reactor getting filled with water as before.

Same problem, on world load, everything connect, but no water extraction

Sink -> Fluid Pipe -> Thermal Evaporation Valve

MC: 1.19.2
Forge: 43.3.2
Pipez: 1.1.5
Mek: 10.3.9.13

EDIT MORE INFO:
Fist time you set up it works fine. Saving and leaving world will break. Mek fluid pipe works without issues

Same for gas pipe. My reactor almost run out of fuel because gas pipe was connected but didn't transfering any

also stopped pipping water into the thermal evaporation champer

I would like to also bump this for visibility as I'm having the same issue on my server as well. It seems when transferring to mekanism machines, if you log off and come back, you have to break and replace the pipe to make it work again.

I'm using MC v1.20.1
Forge: v47.2.30

similar issue on a custom 1.19.2 modpack with pipez v1.2.6 and mekanism v10.3.9

after chunks get unloaded in my base, the connection to my quantum entangloporter that is supposed to extract lava from it, is reset to an input connection and just deletes the upgrade that was in the extract connector.

The input connection to the other quantum entangloporter that supplies the lava seems to keep working and connections to ic2 classic machines keep working too.

1.19.2 is not actively developed anymore. Please let me know if this is still a thing in newer versions.
