@KimA998 Thanks for the file, you are right. When cutting, a hole was made 0.05 mm longer at its top and bottom, so a hole that ends flush with a face leaves no thin skin. But that also took 0.05 mm off every floor below a hole: up to 0.05 mm the whole box was gone, and at 0.06 mm only 0.01 mm was left. I changed it to 0.001 mm, so a floor of 0.01 mm now stays 0.01 mm, and your 0.06 mm stays 0.06 mm. This will be in the next release. |

I guess that LayerLing (LL) has a precision of 0.01 mm.
But when I try to cut an object that stand on the workplane and have a box hole raised 0.01mm the box simply dissaper when grouping.
This happens all the way up to Z height for the hole box to 0,05mm.
First after I raise the hole box to 0.06mm the solid box will remain 0.01mm after grouping. Gone is the box with 0.05mm in precision - this is NOT acceptable and must be corrected.
In the attached file, the left side objects will disappear and the right side objects will be 0.01mm despite it should be 0.06mm in height.
