An extension to check and create projects in sonarcloud. This extension is designed to help with SonarCloud by providing a helper task.
It is recommended to place the task after the task 'Prepare analysis in SonarCloud' of SonarSource, because the purpose of this task is to check if a project exists in sonarcloud and if it does not exist create it according to our configuration.
