Similar to our presentation / speakers application, an application is
needed to manage events outside of presentations.

Such things as:

Dinners
Sponsor events
Parties
Hackfests

This should be pretty free form, but should include at least the following:

Time
Date
Location
Description of event
Owner / Person in charge
Sponsored by (optional)
