make it possible to wrap all outputs with a physical units type. Or at least expose a mapping of units used in MAD-X.

Work towards #5

The following issues remain to be fixed:

- Define more units! Only a select few are defined at this point
- Handle MAD-X list values.
- Switch to a more modern unit library (pint?), as Unum's API feels
  quite awkward
