Started this project in vscode. First check node version. I installed 18.14 (current stable latest)

Create vite project with npm init vite Added a .nvmrc file with 18.14

Removed some existing files and installed some pakages.

Setup tailwind css, followed the steps mentioned in the docs. Dont forget to add import "./index.css"; in App.tsx or main.tsx file.

Setup React query.
