From https://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7ch/ch-epr-term//ValueSet-DocumentEntry.healthcareFacilityTypeCode.html it seems like Medical Center is translated to "Telemedicine institution". That seems like a bug to me:

@PeroGrgic do you know the reason/origin for that?

I also think that this is an incorrect translation. This translation has been there since 2017, and this set of values was probably overlooked when the metadata was revised in 2019.
Unfortunately, I could not find a code for the telemedicine facility in SNOMED CT. We will submit a change request to SNOMED International for a new code. The translation of "medical centre" will be corrected as soon as we have the code for "telemedicine institution".

Update from Pero:
New SCT code: 1332138002 | Telemedicine center (environment)
As this is EPR metadata, a change request for Release 2025 must be submitted (Pero will do this). This means that it will take some time and the code will not be available as official code for the EPR until 2025 at the earliest.
In Art-Decor there will be a beta version of the Value Set in which the code will already be included. However, we cannot publish this in CH Term (see note here).
