Hi there 👋 I'm Hector Rodriguez,

A Software Engineer moving to a career as a Cloud Architect specialized in Big Data Solutions. I have a strong foundation in Big Data technologies and Cloud platforms. I love data engineering and architecting solutions on AWS and Azure. Currently, I'm working on my thesis work about real-time data processing using Apache Kafka and Apache Flink.

A data ingestion, processing and analysis system that uses Apache Kafka, Spark and Flink in a distributed environment. It's my thesis work for my CS diploma, and I'm currently working on it.

An etl pipeline for a mock ecommerce website that ingests data to an Azure SQL Database, then uses Azure Data Factory to transform and filter it and then uses a Snowflake database as a sink.
