Angular Frontend Wiris Test

Starting the PHP server

I am using docker to start up the server. To build the docker image, navigate to the php folder and run

docker build -t base64 -f froala-wiris.docker .

I then change the configuration.ini file to use wiriseditorsavemode = image and build another docker image.

docker build -t image -f froala-wiris.docker .

To start docker containers for these images I use:

docker run --name WirisBase64 --publish 127.0.0.1:8000:80 base64

and

docker run --name WirisImage --publish 127.0.0.1:8001:80 image

This can of course also be done using Docker Desktop which might be easier.

saveMode running on port test page
base64 8000 localhost:8000/integration/test.php
image 8001 localhost:8001/integration/test.php

When I use wiriseditorsavemode = base64 the test.php page shows correctly, but I see this error message in the console:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (WIRISplugins.js)

When I use wiriseditorsavemode = image, the test.php page shows "OK" for all status values, but I don't see the actual images and the console shows multiple errors:

GET http://localhost:8000/core/WIRISplugins.js?viewer=image net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

GET http://integration/showimage.php?formula=f9e6e3d09b914b4f674a47ae7e73be84 net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

GET http://integration/showimage.php?formula=5bbea37016fffe721bd02af918a117ce net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

Running the Angular project

  • navigate to the angular folder
  • run npm i
  • run ng serve

For me this also currently fails with the following error:

zone-evergreen.js:2892 POST http://localhost:4200/localhost:8000/integration/configurationjs.php 404 (Not Found)

I was able to fix this issue by using http://localhost instead of just localhost in the URI configuration (see commit)

Now the only error I see is that tech.txt cannot be fetched due to a CORS issue. When using base64 saveMode, it seems to work fine nonetheless, but when using image the request is done against e.g. http://integration/showimage.php?formula=c5ca3f1e4b7337bcfec8cecf4be47726 (the localhost part is somehow missing just like on the test.php page reported above)
