Create Template Targetted Mobile

I would like it to be easy to create "mobile" apps using Panel. For that a targetted template is probably needed. Something like https://github.com/RinteRface/shinyMobile.

I would prefer it to be based on Fast :-)

I don't think I've seen more discussion about the mobile view for Panel.

I think panel is really great with all the feature and documentation. One thing that keeps my team using Shiny for Python instead of Panel because the mobile view compatibility. I know perhaps it can be achieved using custom template right now, but official documentation would be very helpful for most people.

Instead of create new template specific for mobile, may be we can improve templates that are already given to support mobile view natively.
