Summary
This is an attempt to fix #4040 by adding the impacted intents to the manifest in hopes they will be processed timely.
Keeping as a draft to get end user feedback
The assumption is that some intents may not be received but adding them to the manifest may help:

I have not been able to reproduce but hoping this works 🤞
