Yale Smart Lock L2 (MD-04I): unable unlock with retracted oblique tongue (doorknob mode)

The problem

Hi,
I just upgraded to Yale Smart Lock L2 (MD-04I). I use the lock in the doorknob mode.

It is possible to lock and unlock correctly. But it is unable to get the oblique tongue to a retracted state during unlocking. When I was using Yale Smart Lock (ASL-06) there were no problem with the oblique tongue.

(Same bug is also in Yale Access Bluetooth integration).

The lock is calibrated correctly. In the Yale Home app is possible to unlock the lock including the oblique tongue.

Thanks @bdraco but I'm a bit new to this. I have read post 113795 that you mentioned and I see three files. Am I supposed to download those files and replace them with the ones I have in my home assistant installation? If so, where would they be located?

That PR is not ready yet. You'll need to wait until its nearly finished to be usable

I would love it to be finished but there are two (hopefully) minor issues for which I need feedback #113795 (comment)
