This is a mere upgrade of the python-mpd2 dependency from v3.0.5 to v3.1.1 to fix #103889

Thanks for bumping the dependency! However, could you please update the PR description to contain at least one (or multiple) of the following:

• A link to the release notes of this package version, and all versions in between.
• A link to the changelog of this package.
• A link to a Git(Hub) diff/compare view from the current version to the bumped version.

This allows us to review upstream changes, which is needed to decide this change is working as intended and/or if we can include it in, for example, a patch release of Home Assistant.

• some do change the code in areas that the HA integration does not seem to use:

  • Implement abstract socket support Mic92/python-mpd2#193
• my PR fixing the bug I described in MPD integration may break when MPD service becomes unreachable #103889 I have been using this fix for a few weeks in a patched version of python-mpd2 on my personal HA instance and it has worked as expected.
• a PR fixing two uses of undefined symbols: missing import / wrong variable Mic92/python-mpd2#196 This one looks pretty obvious.
• finally, a PR fixing a race condition in the command queue: asyncio: fix race condition in command queue Mic92/python-mpd2#199 The changes look good to me.
