Add config diagnostics for zigbee wireless keypad (MS-K1AZ)

Proposed change

This change introduces some additional ZHA diagnostics allowing for further configuration of the MS-K1AZ Wireless Zigbee Keypad. These have been added as part of the work I'm doing in zigpy/zha-device-handlers#1908 where I'm working on full support for the MS-K1AZ device in Home Assistant and ZHA.
