make hoodie.account.signOut() reject with better error when local changes cannot be pushed. #195

Somewhat related to #194 & #262

When user is offline & has local changes, then tries to sign out, he just gets an Could not connect to Hoodie server at /. error. But it should rather say that there are changes that have not yet been synched and that they could not be pushed.
