[Feature Request] Add translucent effect

GNOME 3.26 introduced translucent effect, it would be nice if Arc theme supported this.

For now, I've locally got this working by simply removing forced transparency and modifying the border image params here:

arc-theme/common/gnome-shell/3.18/gnome-shell.css

What did you change exactly to fix it? Could you please share the css as modified?

horst3180 is inactive for a long time now. The arc theme is now maintained in this fork:
