Scaling structural learning with NO-BEARS to infer causal transcriptome networks

This repo includes

• BNGPU: a Python package for NO-BEARS

• benchmark data: data used for performance benchmarking. Please see instruction to properly setup the data before use.

• nobears_benchmark and notears_benchmark: scripts for reproducing benchmarking experiments.

These scripts were developed in python 2.7 and tensorflow 1.12.0 .
