AmazonForest

AmazonForest: In-silico pathogenic metaprediction of pathogenic variants

The model is described in https://www.mdpi.com/2079-7737/11/4/538.

Use with python

$ python3 -m venv amazonforest-env
$ source amazonforest-env/bin/activate
$ pip install -r requirements.txt

Execute:

$ python run.py

Use with R Script

For to use R Script. you must access folder meta_prediction. In file amazonforest.R is an example the script for to use amazon forest model and RF13.Rdata is the model in format R.
