We need to have a test suite that can be run by travis-ci easily.

I'm going to setup nose and integrate it with the current tests.

For the first release, I'm only going to worry about tests that can run on a single node. This is so we can depend on travis-ci for basic sanity stuff.

I just wrote up the docs for a random file generator...

Looks like nose has been replaced with nose2: http://nose2.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
