Move 'send via nahmii' to above the currency selector

Another possible idea for hubii core. Where you select the "send via nahmii" option should probably be above the currency selector. If you have 0 NII on the base layer but have NII on the nahmii layer... It works a bit oddly. The NII is not in the currency drop down unless you go down to the bottom to turn on the nahmii option.
