Hi,

I would like to use the CB2 R package to analyze my data. I wonder how to call the fwd and rev strand of each sample as an input. It is not well explained in the tutorial for CB2: file:///Users/fdarbaniyan/Downloads/source_code/CB2_1.1/inst/doc/cb2-tutorial.html
