Now we can set a threshold for dF/F view and show only prominent responses and optionally overlay this patterns on the raw fluorescent frame average (anatomy view). The threshold can be automatically set at the 2.5 SD of dF/F view for each image shown.

Better sanity check of ROI data buffer from clipboard and fix for a terrible freezing bug when modifying ROI polygon in the ROI manager.
