Improve handling of different visibility formats:

• Mainly using Casa Measurement Sets (CasaMS) wherever possible because it's better supported than other formats like oskar.vis regarding tool-compatibility (e.g. WSClean).​
• Improved API (Karabo Visibility is bound to a single visibility format) & disk-cache management.​
• Added functionality to read ObsCore metadata from CasaMS . Also makes ObsCore values richer (more data, more accuracy)
