According to http://www.intfiction.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=17678 , Inline Hyperlinks by Erik Temple need to be updated, in the 'end link' phrase.

actual:
now the hyperlinked command is "[captured text]";

the right thing:
now the hyperlinked command is the substituted form of "[captured text]";

the Daniel Stelzer version is updated, I think.
