chat buffer - all tab overwritten by tell tab

something weird is going on with my chat buffer though - the All tab is overwritten by the Tell tab. the real buffer shows briefly but then gets covered up by the wrong tab's contents

uncertain if this may be fixed by #61

may be issue with EMCO itself being deprecated due to changes in mudlet 4.17

[10:06 AM]RaceCondition: if I have my cursor in a command line in an EMCO window it now keeps that buffer on top even after tab changes

@eterchun has this been resolved by Mudlet 4.17.1?

This is still broken for me in 4.17.2. My guess is the devs haven't addressed it.
