Jhonny-five (API for communicating with arduino)
NodeJS/express for server
Socket.io for realtime communication between server and client
Nodemailer for emails

How to use ?

Upload StandardFirmataPlus sketch to Arduino
clone repo && npm install
Edit email configuration inside config.js
npm start
