graphite-clickhouse
- Add graphite-clickhouse

to graphite-web CLUSTER_SERVERS

Some HTTP headers are processed specially by the service
Grafana headers: X-Dashboard-Id
, X-Grafana-Org-Id
, and X-Panel-Id
are logged and passed further to the ClickHouse.
