This shouldn't really be on this branch, I didn't realize I was still working on it.
I sped up the code by only calling CrossSections once per run_MC call instead of once per Particle initiation (file I/O was the bottleneck for loading xs tables, apparently). All checks – except a conservation of energy when including secondaries, which seems unrelated – are passing.
