The cophescan shiny app allows you to explore the data used and visualise the results obtained in -
CoPheScan: phenome-wide association studies accounting for linkage disequilibrium.
A. Run online:
- You can interact with the results online at https://ichcha-m.shinyapps.io/cophescan-app/
B. Run locally:
- Clone this repository
- Install the R package dependencies using the install.R file.
- Run
shiny::runApp()to start the cophescan shiny app on your machine.
