This is my dot emacs includes a third-party libraries. The goal is to create The All-in-One Emacs environment.
To get started -- checkout http://github.com/id774/dot_emacs
You can install dot emacs in one of two ways:
~/dot_emacs/install_dotemacs.sh
Or if you install in your home directory
~/dot_emacs/install_dotemacs.sh /usr/bin/emacs ~/.emacs.d nosudo
For more info, refer to the script.
After 11.09, releases will be numbered with the follow format:
<year>.<month>
This naming convention is to mimic the Ubuntu.
This platforms on which this is known to work include:
- Emacs on Debian/Ubuntu stable.
- Emacs building from source 23.x or later.
- Emacs for Mac OS X ( http://emacsformacosx.com/ ) 23.x or later.
- Meadow based on Emacs 22.3.1 or later on Windows 7 (Partially support).
The current main supported version is Emacs 23.4/24.3.
