Input file features

To help find models, and in the absence of tags, we index input files by features to be able to point users to which inputs may be of relevance to them
Input file features:

• multiapps
• multiapps for multiscale modeling
• restart / recover of simulations in each type
• in-MOOSE mesh
• external mesh
• computing power requirements (laptop, GPU, HPC)

Use this issue when indexing a model into the feature indexing OR adding a new category of features
