Git submodules contain duplicates #3

Submodule file contains duplicates with different cases. This makes it impossible to check out the repo on Unix.

Was going to try and clean this up for you, but it turned into a bit of a rabbit hole - external/Symfony/Component/ClassLoader seems to be a broken repo, or at least the submodule definition has become corrupted.

Additionally, of course, I can't actually play with it any further as no machine I own currently tracks PHP 5.4... ahh well, another decade ;)
