Overlapping features loaded from vcf

Hi,

Take the following example

a. 200 bp deletion
b. 5 bp deletion - within the footprint of 'a'

When this occurs it is not possible to distinguish these in the track. Could the track be modified to use some sort of bumping to separate out overlapping events?

VCFs now separate variants which overlap in the summary track. See commit 5b83840
