It's a rarity but just FYI...if anyone doesn't follow the ./runrole --reinstall azuracast manual workaround instructions carefully (at the top of this PR's new azuracast/tasks/install.yml) and they neglect to reboot, then errors like the following can result:

"Container azuracast Starting", "Error response from daemon: driver failed programming external connectivity on endpoint azuracast (d427bd48eb7dc1041d46a758985e3f1fdd742a59984c7dddbe9c76822c17e587): Error starting userland proxy: listen tcp4 0.0.0.0:8000: bind: address already in use"],

In short, reboot properly, as explained in the instructions! 😸

I'm also testing this PR on 64-bit Raspberry Pi OS (RPi 4 with 2GB RAM) to reconfirm it's broadly solid.

Two more communities in Ladakh (i.e. North India) apparently need this rather immediately in coming hours/days.
