Two weeks ago the IIAB Doc/Spec was updated to change all AzuraCast ports from 10xxx to 12xxx:

I corrected the errand line in the above url, please revert azuracast_port_range_prefix to be '10' in this PR, or close it.

During today's call (http://minutes.iiab.io) it was mentioned that AzuraCast's development branch will be changing port recommendations.

So after this PR, another is likely very soon, attempting to get these port recommendations stable/solid/sustainable if possible ✔️
