Usage

Idiomatic C# style (preferred)

var numeral = new Numeral("Less than 11", "Zero", null);
var formattedNum = numeral.Format(0.47351, "0.00%");
Console.WriteLine(formattedNum); //"47.35%"

NumeralJS-style (value passed in constructor)

var numeral = new Numeral(0.47351);
var formattedNum = numeral.Format("0.00%");
Console.WriteLine(formattedNum); //"47.35%"
